My teasers
He pulled me toward the door.
“He needed to,” the girl said defensively. “And he had fun.”
“Excellent. I’m sure he’ll remember it clearly and document it in his diary under the heading, ‘What the Hell Was I Thinking.’”
I swung my head back as we went through the doorway. The blond girl raised a hand and waved at me. I lifted a finger in response.
What the hell was I thinking? I hated blondes.

I really enjoyed this novella. I don't like Cole and I didn't really like him any more after reading it, but it was fun being in his head.
ReplyDeleteHey we both have an Everneath series review up today! TWINS! I always get so excited when sequels come out that I jump on reading them and forget about the novellas. I should have read this one already but I haven't and probable never will *sigh*
ReplyDeleteOh Cole, how I love you and dislike you all at the same time! He's such an interesting character, so many layers, and I can't wait for more of them to be revealed as this series progresses. I still need to read this Siiri, can't wait!
