Waiting on Wednesday #13

"Waiting on" Wednesday is hosted at Breaking the Spine and spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating

This week we have:
  1. The Ruining by Anna Collomore
  2. Pivot Poin by Kasie West

Title: The Ruining
Author: Anna Collomore
Release Date: February 7th 2012
Add it: Goodreads

Why? Okay, I'm a coward when it comes to horror movies and I admit, reading The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer creeped me out a little, but this sounds so cool! A perfect family turns out to be not what it seemed? Hallucinations? A creepy house? All that spiced up with a touch love? And not to mention that cool cover? Oh yeah, I wanna read this book! Bring on the suspense and the chills. *shudders excitedly*

Title: Pivot Point (Pivot Point #1)
Author: Kasie West
Release Date: February 12th 2012
Add it: Goodreads

Why? First of all, I'd never want to know what happens in the future. Okay, sometimes I do, yes, but it must be a really heavy burden knowing what's gonna come at you next. Addison's abilities sound intiguing, though, and having one's parents divorcing must be difficult enough without having to choose with whom to live from now on. This book sounds so exciting and I want to know more already. Ooooh, and that cover? I love when a book has a cover that just draws my attention to it. This one most certainly does!

What do you think? Are these books on your TBR pile? Would you be interested in reading them? Leave your WoW links in the comments and I'll check out your picks :)

  1. I absolutely want to read these two books, too - especially Pivot Point! I love themes about time travel, seeing in the past and the future, things like that. Great picks!

  2. So excited for you to read Pivot Point Siiri, I've got my fingers crossed that you'll love it. The Ruining sounds fantastic, that's definitely on my list as well. Creepy books freak me out too, but I love reading them anyway. We can read it and be scared together:)
